Lumi Learning provides supplemental educational services such as tutoring and academic enrichment. We are not a school and do not maintain official educational records; however, we voluntarily align our data-handling practices with the principles underlying the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable.

By creating an account, submitting contact information, signing up for Services, or booking a tutoring session with Lumi Learning, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including emails and SMS/text messages, sent using automated or manual systems, for purposes related to our Services.

This consent applies to communications sent to the email address and/or phone number you provide and includes messages sent at any time, including outside standard business hours.

  • Scheduling or tutor availability notifications

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Reply STOP to opt out of these messages at any time.

Consent to receive SMS or email communications is not a condition of payment or participation in our Services.
